Meet Christine

My love for children has always been my biggest passion. It led me to a career in pediatrics.

I was born and raised in Frankfurt, Germany and after graduating from medical school in 2005, I began working at a Children’s Hospital in Frankfurt. In 2007 I moved to Zurich in Switzerland with my husband, where I worked in a pediatric clinic and later in the University Clinic for Neonatology. I finished my specialization as a pediatrician in 2011.

We are a blended family and have three children (ages 5, 8 and 20). After our two youngest children were born, our family became my first priority. I continued working part-time in a pediatrician office until we moved to Miami in 2016.

After practicing medicine for more than 11 years I decided to move on and work as a Family Coach. It is very fulfilling for me, because I get more quality time with families and I feel that I can make a bigger impact. Being an international mother with a pediatric background gives me a broad perspective that I love to share.

I am involved with charitable work and am on the board of the national Non-profit organization PowerMyLearning, which supports family engagement and academic success for students in low-income communities. Our family also supports Best Buddies, an international organization that supports inclusion of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Growing up in a blended family and now raising one, I experienced complicated family dynamics. It was very valuable for me to learn how to navigate through challenges and find happiness together.

Connection and contribution are important values for me and I truly care about the wellbeing of others. I am positive and compassionate.

I traveled in Europe, the USA, South America, Asia, Africa, the South Pacific, New Zealand and Australia. Learning about other countries and cultures truly opened my mind.

My biggest joy is spending time with my friends and my family.
